Micro Windmills

Picture From Here
Jung-Chih Chiao, Electrical Engineering Professor at Texas University, invented the Micro Windmill when  he was thinking of ways to best capture the energy of the wind in his backyard without installing a big windmill. the windmill is 1.8 millimeters, so small that ten could fit into a grain of rice! They can be used for emergency chargers if your phone is dead and save many lives. They are really powerful and a few thousand could be used to power the lighting and communication of a family household. They are brainstorming with WinMems Technologies Co. to get it to the market, so one day soon we could have our own Micro Windmills!

  • My mom has a very arduous job!
  • In Estonia the Soviet soldiers asserted force and power on the Estonians.
  • I contemplated whether to go to the movies or my cousins.
  • My phone is very durable I've dropped it six times and it hasn't cracked!
  • Before I climbed the wall I had to put on a harness.
  • My dad invited a pair of shoes, but he didn't get them patented so someone stole his idea.
  • Before they built the real Rocket ship they made a prototype.
  • For breakfast my mom had a wafer and coffee.
  • We had to get a durable hammock because it has to withstand the weather.
